The Noguchi Museum Shop accepts returns on most items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Due to their delicate nature, Akari light sculptures and limited-edition items must be handled with extreme care to remain eligible for a refund.

Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier; we recommend ensuring high-value items like Akari lamps for their full retail value.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists have inspected the item for damage or signs of use, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
